CAMPAIGN FINANCE AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Every Candidate and Registered Third-Party Advertiser is required to file a campaign financial statement. Here you will find information on campaign finance and copies of filed financial statements following the filing deadline.

Clerk's Report:
In accordance with section 88.23(4) of the Municipal Elections Act (Act), the clerk must make available to the public a report indicating whether each candidate has complied with section 88.25, which requires candidates to file with the clerk a financial statement and auditor's report using the prescribed form, reflecting the candidate's election campaign finances.
Under section 88.29, the clerk shall make available to the public a report indicating whether each registered third party has filed a financial statement and auditor's report.
Candidates that did not file a financial statement by the deadline and are in default: Dean Robinson, Office of Councillor.
The below financial statements were filed on or by the deadline of March 29, 2019 at 2:00pm. Auditor's reports were filed by the following candidates: Nina Bifolchi, Brian Smith, and Sylvia Bray.
